The Academy aims to impart training for the officials of housing finance companies, non banking finance companies, small finance banks, regional rural banks and other financial institutions with focus on mortgage lending in the Indian Market. Besides holding its training program for these institutions, the Academy also arranges faculty, training inputs etc. to meet specific training needs of a institution.

The Academy develops training modules for the officials of housing finance companies/non banking finance companies. The Academy is running its own Management Development Programs. The Academy has already conducted 10 training programs which were attended by more than 300 officials of about 33 housing finance companies.

The Academy offers certificate courses /diploma courses in banking and finance more particularly mortgage finance with a view to prepare the youngsters industry ready.
