Sharda University has introduced “Housing Finance” subject as a mandatory subject in the MBA (Banking and Finance) Program. MBA Student passing out in the current year will be taught the subject in the lst semester commencing from January 7, 2019.

Pioneer Hosing Finance Academy has been closely associated with the University and provided inputs in finalizing the curriculum, faculty etc. for the said program. A letter received by the Academy appreciating the role of the Academy in this regard is annexed.

It is the endeavor of the Academy to prepare skilled professionals for the housing and housing finance industry. The Academy is hopeful that going forward many other universities in the country would emulate Sharda University and ‘Housing Finance’ will be recognized and taught as specialized subject at graduate and post graduate levels across the country.
