The Academy undertakes research and development in the areas relating to affordable housing & shelter, housing finance, consumer finance, impact of tax concessions on housing, impact of high stamp duties, construction techniques, development of low cost building material technology, use of locally available material etc. to enable policy formulation by regulatory bodies/ Governments.
